1. Acceptance

By using HVACDatabase.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

2. Services

HVACDatabase provides an online directory connecting homeowners with HVAC contractors. We are not a contractor and do not perform any HVAC work. We facilitate introductions only.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials. Provide accurate business information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Contractor Listings

Contractors must hold valid licenses and insurance as required by their jurisdiction. Misrepresenting credentials is grounds for immediate removal.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Leads

Lead data is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a booking. Contractors should not use lead data for unsolicited marketing beyond responding to the original inquiry.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines (spam, defamation, or incentivized reviews).

8. Intellectual Property

Content you upload (logos, photos) remains yours. By uploading, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

HVACDatabase is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with contractors found here.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
